de scary truth

i was readin 'mind your body' jus now .There was a article abt preganant and stuffs, it seems dat if we gals go on crash diet or if we tend to overeat it'll affect our ovulating and it could happen wen we are in our 20s isn't dis stressful cannot it lil cannot eat much, and they oso said dat women must try to get babies ard 20s cos as we grow older our body wouldn't coperate wid us.. wat de hell mann.. its like scary sial. De funny part is dat for guys who smoke their spermwill swim in circles makin it hard for fertilisation to occur.
The worst thing is dat ma aunt's fren's daughter, who's a nursing officer got married at de age of 30 now she 33 she has been tryin for 3 yrs but it's hard for her to conceive shit mann i cannot imagine myself like her sial..
So ppl pls get married as early as 25....
