Chocolate prata......

Haiz am really in pain, can't get down de stairs, canit climb de stairs , can't squat,havin difficulty gettin out from bed. Oh its all cos i did dis kinda thingy whr gals will walk a few steps den will kneel totally down till their forhead touches de ground den gets up and continues doin it ard de temple. Well i did it in a different way whr i jus took 3 feet den i kneel down, it took me almost half and hour to finish one round, now ma thigh is achin like mad... took one ponston but de pain is still de same aiyah!!.
Tmr is de end of my boredem. Attachment is startin, heard dat de ward is abit idiotic type dun noe wat de f is goin to happen. Am jus worried abt de CI we are goin to get ......
Haiz ok ppl have a good time in ur attachment k.. have fun and enjoy...
