periods

you know when you have periods the one thing you fear most is overflow?
that's how i feel.
and you feel it ffffffllllloooooowwwwwwwwing out.. so gross.
esp when you're sleeping.. then you suddenly feel it coming out and you dont dare to move and you're figuring if it's gonna flow out and stain everything including the bedsheets.
i just experienced that just now.
that's why i woke up so early. menses woke me up.
damnit.
and almost every month i'd have the cramps.
i totally dread periods.
cheesecake.
